Please read the following information carefully before you place your order
on any products and/or services via this website. You are required to
thoroughly read through all terms and conditions set forth before you
decide to make a purchase through this website.
General Terms

We offer you, as a user, a
prerequisite condition that you fully accept all terms, conditions,
policies and statements that appear on this website. By using
this site, you acknowledge that the acceptance of terms and
conditions, including changes, additions or any other form of updates
shall commence on the date that it is posted. You should review
all terms and conditions each time you access the site as it shall
form a binding contract.
- No contract shall be formed between you (Buyer) and Dot Dot Enterprise
(Seller) for any sales and purchase until we receive
notification and acceptance of your order and full payment
as specified in the Invoice. We will contact you within
three (3) working days to confirm receipt of payment. An
agreement will be formed only after we have received your full
payment and after a written confirmation is made, thereafter creating
a valid contract between you and Dot Dot Enterprise.
Goods and Services

Details regarding the price of goods and
services offered on this website are as per those displayed when you
make a reservation. Any representations made about the
product(s) featured on this site are strictly for promotional
purposes. The actual product that you order and receive may
differ from the representations made on this website.
- The items offered are subject to the availability of stock. Should
there be no stock for an item at the time you place an order, we will
notify you as soon as possible. We will also recommend other
available alternatives. If you do not agree with the
alternatives, your payment will be refunded.
- We reserve the right to change the price from time to time. The
purchase price that shall be binding is the price displayed at the
time of booking.
- Product defect liability. We shall accept responsibility to any defect
or damage to the product due to manufacturer's defect from the
factory if notice of such damange or defect is received
within 24 hours after receipt of goods. Customers must contact
us via email and will receive feedback from us regarding the type of
defects and we will thereafter take further action.
- We guarantee that all products supplied by us shall be in good condition
in accordance with the specifications therein. Should there be
any defect on the product, please notify us in writing within 24
hours of receipt of the good. We shall strive to resolve the
problem immediately.
Payment
- All payment must be made in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) currency.
- Payment for reservation made through this website can be done directly to any
of the designated accounts specified on this website. Delivery
will only be made after payment is credited to the account
specified.
Period of Completion and Delivery

Once we receive your order and payment, we will acknowledge receipt of
your order and payment via email and request for a confirmation of
your address and telephone number within three (3) working days.
You are required to review and provide feedback after receiving the
email immediately. We will require 1-3 days to prepare and deliver
your product depending on your feedback.
- Shipment of goods will be according to the address you provide at the time of
order. In the event of a change of address, shipping costs may
vary. Should this happen, you are required to pay the difference
before delivery can be made.
- To facilitate delivery, we shall employ the services of Pos Malaysia.
Should you wish to opt for a different mode of delivery, the
delivery cost charged by other courier agencies shall be borne
entirely by you.
- The delivery period is dependent on the mode of delivery and
destination. Delivery via Pos Laju only takes between one (1) or
two (2) working days to destination cities in
Malaysia. However, the delivery period may take longer should
your location be further inland. You should check yourself with
your local post office to inquire more details regarding delivery.
- Shipping cost calculation is based on the following:
- For the first 0 to 500 grams

- Peninsular Malaysia (BM) = RM6
- Sarawak = RM8
- Sabah = RM10
- We will make every effort to ensure that the specified period is duly
complied with. However, in cases beyond our control such as
insufficient stock, some delays may occur. Therefore, you are
encouraged to order in advance to avoid the occurrence of any
unnecessary problems.
- We will ensure that the total quantity of products supplied is in
accordance with the number of your orders. However, you are
encouraged to check the delivered items immediately upon receipt. If
you find any discrepancies in the quantity or type of product
supplied, you must respond within seven (7) days from the date of
receipt. We will review the case and should there be a mistake
on our part, we will make a replacement immediately. However, if
the period has expired, any complaints will not be entertained.
Risk
- Upon delivery to Pos Malaysia or any other delivery agent, our
responsibility shall end there. Any further inquiries regarding
the delivery should be directed to Pos Malaysia or any other
appointed delivery agent.
Cancellation of Reservation

Goods that have been purchased cannot be
returned.
- Goods that have been purchased are not
refundable in the form of money.

Payment of goods that
have been made cannot be cancelled. Cancellation can only be
done before payment is made.
Refund Policy
- If there are any payment made which may be more than the purchase price, we will refund the difference within 2-4 weeks.
- We will also refund you if we are not able to provide the goods and services, within the stipulated time
Privacy Policy
- The purpose of us retaining the details that you
provide is solely to process your order and to provide the
best services in relation to your booking or order. We will not
knowingly give your personal information to any third party.
